This process, known as digitizing, involves creating a digital file that outlines the stitches and colors for the design. Digitizing fees are often charged on a per-design basis and can vary depending on the complexity and stitch count of the artwork.

Garment Type and Quality:

The type and quality of the garment play a key role in overall pricing. Premium apparel—such as high-end shirts, jackets, or specialty items—naturally carries a higher base cost. In addition, certain materials require specialized handling or embroidery techniques, which can further influence the final price.

Quantity:

Order quantity directly affects the price per piece. Larger orders typically receive bulk pricing, reducing the cost per item. This allows fixed setup costs—like digitizing and machine preparation—to be spread across more units, making higher-volume orders more cost-effective.
